Kat DeMarco is a Compliance Coordinator in the Department of Research Compliance at Montclair State University. In this role, Kat develops and manages procedures surrounding export controls, handles IRB processing, provides IRB workshops, and supports researchers throughout the submission process to offer additional support within research compliance as needed. Kat also acts as an alternate reviewer for the IRB. She received her B.S in Psychology from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania, and her Master of Public Health from Montclair State University.
