Dianne Henderson is currently Vice President of Research and Psychometrics at ACT. Dianne has extensive experience in providing research-based products and services in education, supporting stakeholders throughout the entire learner journey. She has been instrumental in leveraging emerging and existing research and measurement methods, providing integrated solutions to support students, teachers, parents, administrators, adult learners, and policymakers across a spectrum of learning and assessment products and services for K-12, workforce, licensure and certification, English language proficiency, and large-scale national and international assessments.
Previously, Dianne held roles at CTB/McGraw-Hill, ETS, Professional Examination Services (ProExam) and Renaissance Learning. Dianne has a Ph.D. from the Center for research in applied measurement and evaluation at the University of Alberta. She is active in the American Educational Research Association, the National Council on Measurement in Education and currently serves as co-editor for the Journal of Applied Testing Technology.
