Eugene embodies and entrepreneurial spirit and leads to serve in all endeavors. He has his Master's in Leadership and Innovation and has been building his leadership and program management expertise within the field for over 12 years in the areas of Animal, Biosafety, Radiation and Unmanned Aircraft use Compliance.

Eugene currently serves as the Associate Director, ARC, at Brown University. He is also the Founder EM3 Consulting, Audio/Video/Tech Producer for Nourish Yoga Online and is a Registered Yoga Teacher. Additionally, Eugene founded the ARC Seminar Series, a CPIA Credit eligible community event that brings together colleagues from across the country to engage in all topics related to Animal Research Compliance programs.

Outside of work, you can usually find Eugene either in some form of handstand, meditating, listening to leadership/business podcasts and spending time with his family.
