Jodi is the IRB Assistant Director - Expedited & Exempt in the Human Research Protection Program (HRPP) at The Pennsylvania State University. The HRPP is the IRB office for the entire University including all commonwealth campus locations, the College of Medicine and Penn State Health.

Jodi holds a BS in Labor Studies & Industrial Relations from Penn State.​ ​Jodi has been with Penn State's Office for Research Protections for 24 years – 20 of them with the IRB program.
