Kenia Viamonte, MA is the Director for Human Subject Research at the University of Miami. In this capacity, she provides leadership and strategic oversight for a host of compliance initiatives and operational responsibilities, focusing on service, best practices and conflict resolution. Kenia is well versed in employee relations, comprehensive HR-related matters and regulatory requirements. Kenia is also the AAHRPP accreditation contact for the University of Miami’s Human Research Protection Program.
