Eric Allen has worked in the research and compliance space for more than 22 years now. He is the Director of Research and Academics at UT Southwestern, a renowned academic medical center in the heart of Dallas Texas and continues to build upon the rich tradition of ethical research and the advancement of medicine.

Throughout his career he has worked in research and institutional compliance with responsibilities for IRB, IACUC, IBC, COI, QA/QI, RCR, research misconduct, drug free workplace, auditing, education, and risk assessments. He has also earned multiple certifications including his CIP and CPIA during the course of his career and conducted talks for numerous professional organizations and research institutions.

He resides in Dallas, Texas his wife Dog and best friend Cobra. When he isn’t spending time with his friend or attending sporting events, you’ll find him training for is first triathlon.
