Most often we think of QA and postapproval monitoring (PAM) as monitoring of the investigator and research conduct. Yet, it is a also important to evaluate the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of our compliance committees. This session will provide examples of QA/QI strategies for assessing our committees by setting goals, establishing metrics, and implementing improvement plans. This session will take place in Zoom meeting. The use of attendee video is encouraged for participation and interaction with your peers.
