This session provides insights on how to build your own professional network in human and animal research administration and considerations for tailoring a network that fits your interests. Building a professional network successfully can help you feel empowered, energized, and more confident in your career, which ultimately supports the mission to ensure ethical conduct of research. The presenters will provide creative approaches to professional networks and models for success in key areas of professional development. This session will take place in Zoom meeting. The use of attendee video is encouraged for participation and interaction with your peers.
